Will the same person be walking my dog every time?

Yes the same person will walk your dog, your dog walker will come round and introduce themselves to you and your dog. You will have an hours free introduction and meet.

Can I buy my walks in bulk?

Yes you can buy your walks in bulk, if you buy more then 5 in a go you will get a one hour walk free.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes you will get a receipt, a paper one by cash, or if by PayPal it will be through email.

Will I be need to sign any paper work?

Yes, there will be paperwork to sign which confirms your information is correct, if you agree to have your dog off the lead, you have a registered vet, and your dog has had and is up to date with there vacations.

What experience do you have?

I have been working with animals from a very young age, you can see my life history of animal care on my Animal CV on the About us page.

My dog can be aggressive, will you walk my dog?

Yes we can, however, we will need to walk him on his own and not in a group environment. If you wish to have help with this issue, we can work with him on a one to one with training. Your walker will have a dog friendly calm dog who we can work with your dog.

What happens if my dog falls ill in your care?

On your 1 hour free introduction your dog walker will take all your contact details and vet details. If we feel the dog needs qualified vet attention we contact you, and then take the animal straight to the vets. If the injury is minor, your dog walker is qualified in Canine First Aid, and will treat as necessary. We will contact you advise.

If I am considering placing my dog in your boarding, can I visit where they will be staying?

Yes of course, we recommend you visiting the home of your dog walker. We want your dog to be settled in to there environment. Pop round (by appointment) for a cup of tea and biscuit.
